You can rent the equipment for any period—from three days to several weeks, depending on your needs.

Yes, we ensure that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental to guarantee maximum safety.

You can make a reservation online, by phone, or via a message on our social media. Confirmation of the reservation will be sent to your email.

There are several options: cash, revolut or bizum in €.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation at any time, free of charge.

Delivery costs depend on your location in Tenerife. We deliver directly to your hotel or apartment. Delivery to Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Las Americas, and Callao Salvaje is completely free. For Tenerife South Airport (TFS), Golf del Sur, Palm-Mar, and Puerto de Santiago, there is a delivery fee of €10 and a €10 pickup fee. Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement.

No, we only charge the rental fee and any applicable delivery fee upon pickup. We do not require any deposits or security fees.

If any damage occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the damage and determine the appropriate steps to take.

Transfer prices can be found in the "Transfers" section. The listed prices are for trips accommodating up to 4 people, regardless of the number of passengers. If your route is not listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to meet your needs!

If you need to change the pick-up time, please contact us in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We monitor flight arrival times, so if your flight is delayed, we will adjust and pick you up accordingly.
